Plaza Shamrock Neighborhood Association (PSNA) is an all-volunteer non-profit neighborhood organization. Our purpose is to promote community pride in the Plaza Shamrock neighborhood, provide a forum for neighborhood activity, drive for improvement in our neighborhood area, and be a voice for our common neighborhood interest.
