What does it mean to be a member?

What are membership dues?
Membership dues are $25 per calendar year per household and gives you member rights for that calendar year.
Your dues also help keep the association running. Dues are put towards things like website management services, PO box fees, event site costs, yard signs, marketing, the occasional gift card for neighborhood competitions, etc.
